Overview
Fasting Cycle helps you run a standard intermittent-fasting protocol — default 16:8 — without thinking about clocks or math. The whole experience is anchored on one circular dial that represents your full 24-hour day, splits into fasting and eating arcs, and zooms into whichever phase you're in right now.
Below the ring: weight, water (2 L target), and steps — three calm trackers on the same surface. Gentle nudges for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weigh-in, hydration, and walks. Drag the ring in Settings to shape your eating window and sleep. Light, dark, or system appearance. Beta is open on iPhone; Android follows.
Capabilities
The zooming circle
A 24h ring that zooms to fasting, eating, or full-day — the present moment always fills the screen.
Configurable windows
Set eating start and length (12 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 0 h). Drag handles on the ring; fasting fills the rest automatically.
Weight · water · steps
Daily weigh-in, 2 L hydration with eight toggleable reminders, and step progress — all on the Today screen.
History & trends
Calendar view with per-day weight, water, and steps so you can see streaks over time.
Reminders that help
Eat-now, lunch midpoint, dinner last-call, scale, water, and walk nudges — each individually toggleable.
FastingCore engine
Pure Swift domain logic underneath — midnight-safe scheduling, OMAD mode, and weather-aware walk advice ready for the next phase.
